THANKSGIVING IN NEWPORT, OREGON NOV 26-29 2025--PART 1

Randy and I had our Thanksgiving in Newport, Oregon.  We stayed at the Hallmark Inn and right next door is where we dined for Thanksgiving.  They were offering a traditional turkey meal and a couple other choices, one being prime rib.  I had the turkey as I love that and, to me, it is traditional. Randy was tempted by the prime rib and enjoyed it. I was so in love with the dressing that they had! It had wonderfully sweet cranberries in it and they were delicious! I will have to try to find out what kind they used! I usually do not like them.  The day after Thanksgiving we went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium as they had an evening event of Christmas lights call the Sea of Lights from 5 pm - 10 pm and it was the first night.  I will post the photos of our explorations in 3 posts. I will start with posting the photos of the lights. They also had an amazing art show made up of trash from the beach that was washed up or dropped. Trying to make people aware of this problem of pollution. Anyway, here are the photos to start.
Randy and I enjoying the lights.

These are the photos of the lights!
Next post will show the art display and lastly will be the aquarium fish!!
