OUR TRIP TO THE REDWOODS: PART 2

I have a few photos from Randy's ride on the Rogue River jet boats in Oregon. One photo is showing where he is on the very full big jet boat! Kind of like Where's Waldo!

He saw an eagle on the trip!
June 27th we headed along the S. Oregon coast towards our destination near Crescent City, California.
Of course, we stopped to see a few sites and some scenery along the way.
We saw the Mary D. Hume shipwreck in Gold Beach.
It was a steamer built in 1881.  It sank in 1985 where it still sits at inlet of Rogue River.
We saw a couple dinosaurs, too! We didn't go inside to see them all,
just the ones in parking lot out front.
We saw lots of lovely coastline.
Here is Arch Rock.
More coastal shots.
Here's Randy!
Here is Rose (me!).
This one below is called Whale Rock.
We saw Battery Point Lighthouse from a distance through some fog.
Here is Coquille River Lighthouse.
I loved the structure of this bridge we passed over.
Reminds me of a large cathedral!
We stayed at Lucky 7 Casino in Smith River, CA to explore the Redwoods! I was a winner!
Yes, there will be a part 3 of our trip!
