Schreiners Iris Garden - May 25, 2026

Randy and I took a stroll through Schreiners Iris Gardens near Salem on Monday, May 25th. Right when we got inside, rain started to fall. We decided to continue on and enjoy the day. We did not let it defeat us! There were a few crafters there so we enjoyed seeing their creations. I enjoyed taking photos of the various parts of the garden and it was a nice change having raindrops on the various plants and blooms.  I am posting photos here for you to enjoy and maybe be inspired to take a trip to the garden!

As you can see, they have more than irises in the main display garden.
It is so beautiful!
Sometimes they have plein air artists in there painting scenes!
There are benches scattered throughout, and sometimes people actually have picnics!
I hope you enjoyed these photo's.
Hope you make a visit there sometime!

  3. Irises make me think of party dresses. Especially the sort one would wear on “Dancing with the Stars." Roxie

  4. What a gorgeous garden walk. I think with the raindrops on the blooms the pictures are even more spectacular. Some of those would be wonderful printed and framed! WOW! Diana
